What is a Stephen Minister?
They are Christian lay people who are: patient,
compassionate, caring, confidential, non-judgmental,
praying individuals who listen to problems big and
small, and will walk with you until you are strong
enough to walk alone.
What does a Stephen Minister do? They offer
Christian friendship and love, they listen, encourage,
pray, and support their care receivers.
What doesn't a Stephen Minister Do? They DON'T tell
you what to do or how to feel. . . act as a professional
counselor . . . or have all the answers.
If you or someone you know could benefit from the
trained, caring presence and listening ear of a Stephen
Minister, or if you would like more information about

A new training class for Stephen Ministers will begin in
